Whether you’re happy to visit our clinic or want your treatment delivered in your own home, we have appointments for all of our treatment options to suit. We specialise in pre/post event Sports Massage and Integrated Functional Cupping Therapy to speed up recovery, ease pain and loosen off tight or injured tissue.

  • A massage designed to relax muscles and speed up recovery. Don’t let the name fool you, you don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage!

  • The vacuum created by the cups promotes blood flow to the area decreasing recovery time, easing pain or tightness and improving range of motion.

  • Tight neck/back/hips from sitting at a desk all day? Our assisted stretching appointments will loosen off the muscles left tight by daily life.

  • 30 mins - £30

    45 mins - £40

    60 mins - £50

    For mobile appointments we have an additional £10 travel expense.
